Fixed MsSQL: Non-valid CIDs are added in the Contacts table.

In the last release it states this is

What does that mean?
Does that mean Non-Valid CID's now create a contact in Contact table?
or
Does that mean Non-Valid CID's no longer create a contact in contact table?
if it no longer creates a contact, how can we access the logging for this. for example, where can I see if it identified a CID as Non-Valid?

When 3CX received a call for example from "anonymous" (hidden caller number), the database integration was creating contacts with that caller number. Now these calls are ignored.

The file 3cxSystemService.log is the one containing everything related to CRM and databases integrations.
