fixed position for the trigger button

Hi
Can I replace the floating minimized bubble, with a static button/link/bubble in ANY way? I just need the trigger to be in a fixed place.

I am given the option to change this parameter: Live Chat > Styling > Minimized button: Bubble - BUT there is no other values to select. I assume there should be an other value (Tab). Is it a bug??

Hello @mrp ,

What I can propose is to utilize the gutenberg, but combine it with Javascript that actually will hide the minimized bubble.

The gutenberg will trigger the chat window without showing the minimized bubble.

The button #id that the javascript should hide should be the "wplc-chat-button".

? I have not used javascript before, but understand I must put it in the header.

I have tried to put this in WP CSS:

#wplc-chat-button .button_3Kb46 .minimized-button_3cubb .bubble_Shtpk

    visibility: hidden !important;
}

Where am I wrong?

Give it a try on the following. This is a workaround as we said and we cannot guarantee that will remain as is in the future.
