I'm fairly confident it's possible, just want to make sure

There are quite a few T4 and T5 series phones that are inexpensive used, originally provisioned for Verizon and Ring Central

I understand the procedure for a few models is to connect to the phone via a PC on a non-internet connected network. I have no problem with doing that.

If you want to make sure, you probably want to go on the Yealink forums as this has nothing to do with 3CX. But as you said, they are inexpensive so the easiest thing to do is buy one and try it.

Two possible issues with that: it may be locked down and the phone might not want to flash other firmware, and it may be attached to their RPS.

Like @cobaltit said, try one and see how it goes but make sure it's a supported model.
