Just setup default 3cx PBX on google cloud. All default settings. Trying to make outbound calls, this is error to any and all phone numbers i dial. I am using web client.

Looks no you do not have any OUTBOUND RULES.
Setup a VOIP Provider first?

I agree with Craig. I just had a similar issue, yesterday... I have a fax machine with the 9 prefix programmed into the speed dials, and I am now on direct dial with 3CX. Rather than edit all the speed dials in the fax machine, I added an outbound rule to strip out the leading digit, if it is a 9 and meets the added character length (8 or 12 instead of 7 or 11).

I hope that helps!

You need some sort of rule that says to us a trunk route. Create one with at least this (assuming US):
- Calls to numbers with a length of: 7,10,11
- Calls from extension group: default
- Route 1: choose your SIP provider; replace the BLOCK CALLS

You may need to add a second route, if you have a failover or load balance IP from your provider.

Alan, it sounds like you are very new to setting things up... I don't mean to offend...
. Next week, there are a couple free online web events 3CX is offering that will guide you through the basics. I went through them, and they were very helpful... https://www.3cx.com/blog/event-trainings/
. The week after, there are three intermediate ones.

These are very informative, and the instructor I had was excellent. FYI
