Dear,

We have 4 numbers...

2. BE
3. FR
4. ENG

Status: Registered (idle)

10002 Line No: 0033975****
Status: Registered (idle)

10001 Line No: 00448458****

10003 Line No: 00318588****

So, each landline from a country (exept BE) is forwarded to my cellphone.

I made that every call is forwarded to a internal number (let say: 666 )

that internall number forward ALWAYS to "Forward to Outside Number: 0032484******"

I happens that when a customer of my call's to a number, that he get's the message: destionation unreachable.

When i go to the incoming log files:

If i check the line status, the incoming line get the color "orange", but the outgoing stays in "green".

So, is it possible that the forwarding don't happens?
Why does it happen?

I have a full license...

Please make sure that outbound call is enabled through the gateway. Secondly make sure appropriate outbound dialing rules have been specified in the 3CX system. For more details please check 3CX server manual.

outbound is oké.

in 90% everything goes well... but sometimes it fails.

I tried today:

If you have a license with support package, then i suggest you post a support request via the support portal. You can buy support here https://erp.3cx.com/orderform/support.aspx

If you want to try yourself via this forum, be sure to post what you are using - VOIP Gateway or VOIP Provider? And which one? Also post server status log when it happens.

From the basic description you gave me it seems like a provider connection problem. THe error basically means that we were not able to establish the connection, pointing to gateway or probably a provider problem.
