Forward calls doesnt work on Yealink T29g

Hi,

Our users can not forward all calls using any of the Yealink T29G phones?

Anyone can help? we have tried everything.

Please note that if you are trying to forward all calls directly from the Yealink IP phone then this will not work as it is not supported by 3CX. You should use the forwarding rules of the PBX to forward calls.
