In v18 there was an option to "forward to number" for calls to an extension. This had been setup to forward calls to dial code *11XXX where XXX is the persons extension. It was configured such as dialing 202 would activate intercom to 102.
This exact functionality no longer exists in v20, as forwarding to an "external number", does not support dial codes.
Is there a way to get this type of functionality back by other means, without having to dial the entire *11XXX, or setting up BLFs for each person? The desire is to by some means keep 202 functioning as a forward to intercom for 102.
