Hi,

I'm running the latest version 7.0.4744 of 3CX and experiencing some difficulties configuring a forward rule to dail an external number if the call isn't answered.

Using these settings;
Rule Type: No Answer
Hours: All Hours
Call Type: All Calls
Action: Forward Call to External Number
Destination: is a Dutch 10 digit cell phone numbr

After the 'Add Rule' Button the following error occurs:

Server Error in '/management' Application.

After the Clear Button the rule has been added, but it's not working correctly.
Also the Continue Ringing value in General Forwarding Options, although I change the value to 10 sec. that's about 3 rings it will return to 60 again after refreshing the window, or selecting the forward rule.

Any idea?

Hi,

I Did some additional tests, the error doesn't occur if you use the /MyPhone webinterface. However it doesn't resolve the issue.
It seems that it's not using the forward rules, I changes the No Answer Rule to Forward All but the Extension is still ringing.

Below the log file of the incoming cal. It ends after the No Answer, it should be handled by the rule.
