Forward to external number that is bussy

Hi,

I wonder how it works. If you forward to an external number and that number is bussy. Can the call return to the PBX voicemail then?

It should be possible to detect that the phone is bussy.

Hi

There are many factors in play here so a Yes / no answer would not be correct.

1. Gateway setup and type of gateway
2. Provider and provider based settings.

It would be ideal that you advise the issue you are having in this respect with your settings for the specific gateway / provider and extension if you are diverting outside via extension forwarding rules.
