Forwarding calls to different extension everytime i recieve one

Hello, i need an information about something doable in 3cx.
Whenever i recieve a call, i need to be able to send that call to another extension on my system.
Let's say x calls me but y needs to answer. How can i forward the call without answering?
I've seen the status forwards option in the extension settings, but it only lets me forward to another extension. I want to be able to change it every time i need it without accessing the 3cx

So, you want to forward the call based on?? Caller ID? How do you know who needs to answer it? You can set up call forwarding, but the calls will go to that one destination. To send to a different destination each time, you must answer, find out who they want to talk to, then do a transfer.

If the caller knows who they wish to speak to, then you may want to look into setting up an IVR (Digital receptionist), and allow the callers to choose the destination themselves.

You may need to explain, with more detail, how you expect this to work.

Hi, thanks for your answer. The problem that i'm facing is that i need different people to answer everytime i call.
Basically when i call i want to be able to choose who will answer, without undergoing an IVR or a call forward through someone else.

In the initial post, you said this involves receiving calls, then you say it is when you call (place a call?). I'm still not clear on what you are trying to achieve/senario.

Calls are routed , based on certain criteria, this could be ...caller ID, a DID, or someone making a selection in an IVR menu . The first two work without any intervention, but can have limitations in the possible destinations. If a customer has an idea of who they wish to speak with (department?), then using an IVR (Digital Receptionist) is usually the best solution.
