Hi Guys,
I have a client that has a Head Office (3cx hosted locally on Hyper-V) and a few branch offices. They are moving from an old analogue system that allowed them to set forwards on different inbound numbers to external numbers of their choice.
Each branch has their on DID, what I want to configure is a way for each branch to set their own forwarding rules so they can set all inbound calls to diver to mobile when they want to leave for the day. This of course means that I cannot use the "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office" option as this will affect the other branches that are otherwise still working for the day.
I have been unable to find a solution on the forums or in the documentation for a seemingly simple request. The client doesn't want users to have to log in to the management console and manually set out of office on the SIP trunk, rather a programed key on their deskphone they can simply press that will effectively change their DID to "out of office" without changing it across the entire PBX.
Thanks
