Dial the voicemail extension (99/999/9999 by default), listen to the message and you'll get an option to forward it. It cannot be done from the apps unfortunately.

You may also want to take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool. There are too many features to list here, but one of them is the ability to easily record an introduction and then forward the voicemail to one or more of your colleagues using a simple web interface.

This week we will also be releasing a new version that integrates with OpenAI for highly accurate transcriptions, summaries, action items, key points or any other question you have about your voicemails.

Thanks for your kind reply. Is this not an option that should be part of the app and 3CX? Call me crazy, but it seems like a basic thing in this day and age.
