Hello,

We are configuring a 3CX VM for demonstration purpose. (ON PREMISE, hosted by us)
So we used the 4 AS Free Standard.
I've upgraded to 4AS Entreprise in the partner portal.

But we still still unable to change the fqdn ?
It's working as intended ?

Sincerly.

If you use Hosted by 3CX, you can't get the custom FQDN whether you run Std or Pro or Enterprise.

It is hosted by us. On Premise so. (1st post edited)

In this case, you will need to backup the system WITHOUT license and FQDN then uninstall the PBX.

Go into your customer portal, release the FQDN.

Now reinstall using the same key and it should give you the choice to set a custom FQDN at this point.

You can't change it directly, you need to reinstall.

Hi Nico,

by the time your Subscription is on free upgrade, you cannot use a Custom FQDN. This can only be achieved on commercial keys only.

Ok, thank to you for the details.
Is it the same case for POC ?

Yes that is correct. The same applies to POC subscriptions.
