So it seems, that if you copy and paste the wrong key into a new install, and walk away to refill your coffee mug it automatically hijacks the FQDN/Registration details and installs anyways without warning that it's already in use on the new systems IP. Now I have an office down, and the choice between an empty system on the wrong IP, or a programmed system left in limbo.
I've opened a ticket with support on how best to resolve this, but as you can imagine it's quite urgent, so if anyone here as any ideas on the *best* way to resolve this quickly I'm all ears.
Ideal scenario - re-link the old IP somehow so the ready to go system takes over.
Thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
