some time ago I asked for the difference of a free license: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/free-license.66437/
Today our 40 days 16 SC Pro license changed to a Standard license. But now the BLF feature does not work anymore. In the activity protocol it even says "[CM101008]: The '' feature is disabled in currently activated licenseBLF". That also means the pickup and park function does not work anymore on our Snom phones.
On the feature comparison page here it says BLF and park/pickup function is part of the Standard license: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/
What's going on there? It's really annoying as we changed all our infrastructure based on the information we had from the post before. They said there is no difference between a free Standard license and a paid one...
What could we do?
