Functional softphone headset

Hello guys,

I started to use a Jabra Engage 65 as a softphone and using the 3CX Webclient integration. I'm facing many minor bugs so I called Jabra. They're not supported anymore by 3CX.

3CX supports Sennheiser but it looks like having bugs and troubles too.

What supported not bugged headset do you propose for a softphone use ? @JohnS_3CX @YiannisH_3CX @Nick Galea

According to the list of supported hardware, your only choice is Sennheiser .

If you are having issues, then please specify what they are (noise, dropped calls?), others may have some remedies.

We use Plantronics C3210 and C3220 USB wired headsets and the Plantronics Hub works great with 3CX Webclient and 3CXPhone for Windows. Not officially supported but the 3CX Webclient has the connectors built in to support Plantronics Hub. I use one when I work from home and love it. Quite reliable.

Really funny, devices not supported works fine within 3CX, while others supported are always with complaints about their unreliable use , stay stuck or without ability to pick or hang up call. recents threads here and in french forum related same problems.

I will try the SDW 5035. I was looking for the best working model, anyway if supported or not.
But as we face issues with Jabra headsets, I'm carefully :c
