G.722 v15 no HD calls

I've installed v15 (fresh) but i can't get HD-voice (G.722) to work.
I'm using a Fritzbox 7360 to connect to the pbx.
It always connects with G.711.
Even removed all codecs (except for G.722) from the trunks and extension, it still connects with G.711..

What could be the problem?

Own fault, on the fritzbox HD-voice was disabled.
