General Setup - Advice

Hi

We are looking to migrate from a Mitel 3000 unit mainly as the teleworker licences are very expensive.

Can someone please explain the physical side of the setup, e.g. we want to keep a couple landline numbers but don't want the hassle of landlines so would like this to goto SIP in the cloud. Is this possible?

Then we could have unlimited incoming and outgoing calls no limited by a single physical line right ?

We are in the UK anyone recommend a good reliable SIP to landline/mobile provider ?

Hi there,
Yes you are correct, one can have his 3cx configured with voip providers only. You could then have new DIDs or ask for existing phone numbers porting. Then of course all would be in the cloud/through internet, no need for landlines.
