Generic Option not visible in SIP Trunk

I am trying to set up VoxBeam on 3CX Standard 16 SC. But I am not getting Generic option under sip trunk,

Not sure if 3CX v18 Standard have generic option or not? Also if anyone knows how to set up VoxBeam on 3CX let me know.

Is your 3CX installation "Hosted by 3CX" ? If yes, the "Generic" does not appear, as well as other supported providers that are not supported/recommended for our hosting platform.
