It's a Pro 8SC annual, and the "Free Upgrade" button doesn't show up (using the new beta portal, of course.)

Same here on a customer who got a 24sc Pro Annual in September. 2021 Free upgrade doesn't show up.

@ca_maer you can switch at the moment back and forth between PRO and Ent until the offer ends.

I will try that! But the customer, as I said, is on an annual Pro 8SC and on v18 already. I will check for the cache.

24 sc pro annual license activated in September 2021. Interesting because it’s running 3CX windows server v18 U1 it isn’t at the highest build number that is available only to Linux. Could that be the issue? Used chrome in private to logon to the customers portal so shouldn’t have had any cache issues.

I can see you have some 24 SC in your account, some are v16th and don't show the upgrade, the one's which are on v18. Are you in the new or old customer portal?

Sent you PM with key. I was using the customer portal link that is in the blog posting which looks like the new portal.

Yes you can switch back to PRO at any point before renewal of the subscription. You can increase capacity at any point during the subscription and just pay proportionally for the remainder of the subscription.... (i.e if going upwards you dont have to wait until end of subscription plus you will only pay for the remaining months of the subscription)
