Is that a problem? It typically takes about 2 minutes to do an update.

But yes, it has always been step upgrades for 3CX unless you are doing a brand new install.

in the old 3cx website live chat you were able to tick and option so customers would get the call and video options without an agent having to take control of the call. Please can you add this option into the new 3cx live chat.

Well I think there's only 2 places you can add logos, and one of them always had the option to delete from so that pretty much narrows down what it's for.
