Error being generated:
Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone12,1iPhone(Ext.18). Internal exception occured: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception

Ive been getting this error for a while. I am not getting complaints from the user, but I dont know exactly whats going on. Any help is appreciated. I did see this thread, but didnt quite understand the methods used in post 6 and 7. Thanks.

Hi @TLCtech,

This message means that the 3CX PBX cannot reach the Apple PUSH servers.

Make sure that his Firewall is not blocking any traffic to these IPs:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203609

Also note, some firewalls have some security options that block Google/Apple store access, that could also cause this.

@TLCtech, no problem, let me know if this has been resolved.

Yeah, I got it again today. Those ports are open.

Basically if you have a smart/secure firewall you need to check the logs or just allow all outbound traffic from 3CX

I re-read it and it is actually a different error:

Failed to send FCM PUSH to device samsung SM-N950U(Ext.11). Internal exception occured: Resource temporarily unavailable

@TLCtech

1. When you set up your Pi, did you use the image we provide in our guide or did you use you own?

2. Your firewall should not be blocking outgoing connections or using Geo-Blocking to prevent the Pi from contacting the Google/Apple PUSH servers. I think you should consider putting it outside of the firewall if you are not sure whether the firewall blocks traffic and then compare.
