Getting transcripts and sentiment using an API

Good day Community,

We have integrated our 3CX platform to OpenAI Whisper and are looking for a way to retrieve the transcript and sentiment results using an API.

Searching the site and web have not proven to be successful and we do not want to manually generate the report.

Is there a way to generate a report or extract the data using one of the 3CX API's?

If unsure, DM us. We have a call log exporter that can include the different variables.

Otherwise, transcripts and summaries can be had through the CRM integration. Not the sentiment score tho. (@N_G will it be added since all the others are there already?)

is there any other way to see the transcript and summary other than going into the recording page? can it be sent to the extension owner via email ? that would be ideal. RC (eww) currently sends you and email after each call. it is VERY cool.

In the RC.

Daily in a call log report by email, and simply in the main call log all the time.

Or in a CRM.

No other ways than that.
