It would be great, that one could optionally only show the Audiocall button without a chat.
A "Call-Me Button"

change the MODE to PhoneOnly...

For an adaptation without wordpress we need development javascript. In the wordpress version is only uglyfied. Would it be possible? Thanks!

Hi!

Thanks, but the callus.js is uglyfied. Its possible in clear text? Want to change the call icon or link as a text link

Nope this is not possible. Callus.js is the compiled version of the source code.

So not true, Minified is the right term, this is a very common practice in js, css and any other code. Something tells me that you would not understand the code if is was not minified.

My client would like to have several call buttons on his website. Unfortunately, you can not change the position in the Word-Press plugin. He is always in the same position (bottom right). Is it planned that multiple postings are possible?

You can change the position, in word press you can add custom css, by applying a rule you can move it around the page as required. as for a non word press site, simply change <call-us id="callus-20" style="position: fixed; bottom: 15px; right: to whatever you want.

Although my extension is not registered - you can write in the chat. Could a message come here "Nobody here"? I use V16 RC .

Hello @mikeodo
Extension availability is based on defined status of the extension/queue. Registration status of the extension is not taken into consideration for the chat availability.

It would be great for extensions Click Talk that in the chat window can be seen whether the extension is registered. In order for visitors to know he will not receive a live message. i know rom was not built in one day :)

If we enable name/email and a visitor enters email associated with an existing 3CX contact, chat identity shows ? instead of associated name and avatar associated with contact. Also, when visiting site again and using same name and email, instead of picking up the existing chat thread, a separate/new one is started. Is something missing or coming soon to include a check for known/repeat visitors? Continuity is important!

We are releasing a guide this week.
Hello @nb will this guide shows the option that can toggle the chat status? You previously mentioned that you will check and find out exactly where.. it is a bit hidden

We would love to have this option as we dont want to have prospect calling/chat during out of office hours or holidays

In update 1 you will see lots of improvements come to this click 2 talk feature - give it a couple of weeks and there will be a huge step forward in terms of features

I love this. So will the customers.

It's on our site already and I'll let our sales team know Monday

Hello! we use the wordpress plugin, and we have multiple people on one site.... i would LOVE to have this icon for click2talk (the shortcode you have to enter on the site) more than once on ONE SITE... that means.. the icon pop up in the lower right, and not there where you place it - so you cannot place more than one c2t on a site, because its not showing up

i hope i did explain this in clear way ? :)

PS: we use the DIVI theme for the site, one of the most used wordpress themes ever...and we are not able to "code html" in an individual way we just use out of the box the features that wordpress offers and we would love to use this function so that every person on this one specific site can have their own "c2t symbol"

This worked for me on our site when we put the code into the footer.
