we have the same issue on wordpress using divi theme. but it don't affect to the ZENDESK Chat Feature, and it also works with Safari with 3CX - it is definitely a problem with Firefox and Chrome, last Version and if Zendesk could have fixed it, 3CX can do it also - my opinion

The problem is the javascript, each wordpress theme and or plugin uses different javascript fils. 3cx can't test there plugin with every theme or plugin for wordpress, if they tried it wold take years. I have been developing websites for over 20 years, I see this kind of thing a lot. If you know how to edit the theme, you might try to move the javascript link higher or lower to change it's firing order or just don't use that theme. BTW, shameless plug for me I have a way to prevent your wordpress website form being hacked! for more info PM me.

I don't use wordpress, so I would not know about that, however I am sure there is a javascript conflict. So I guess the DIVI theme is all that? Do you even know how many hack attempts you get daily? Wordpress has more holes than a golf coarse. On any given day the xmlrpc.php file is accessed by hackers, some fail and some don't, I would hate to be the owner of the site that lost the fight. If you want to protect your sites let me know.

I'm using the 3CX Click2Talk link in a call queue created specifically for the chats. The link provided works great on desktop computers but seems to fail when it comes to mobile. You have to zoom in and click on the icon, then the chat window pops open and once sized good it seems to be fine. I know there is a Wordpress customization tool in the admin portal, but wondering if any customization can be done for the Click2Talk link in the queue to have a mobile-friendly version? (instead of having to copy the javascript to a website which requires a bit more effort)

Hello @3CX_M ,

Definitely mobile device rendering is something that we have work to do. I can assure you that this will be addressed in the upcoming releases.
