Is there a method of getting IP's delisted from the global blacklist? We have an ISP that uses CGNAT and it would appear their public IP's have all been blacklisted; presumably Elon isn't a 3CX user ;-)

Why do you believe the IP address have been blacklisted

You can not use portforwarding on a CGNAT connection, so external access is not possible to your 3cx server

You required an ISP that does not use CGNAT, and ideally gives you a fixed wan ip address

We're not hosting a 3CX behind CGNAT - we host our 3CX deployments in Azure ... but we can't access their management consoles via our Starlink connections - I've tried several different connections, and all are blacklisted (different public IP addresses assigned to Starlink).

Hi,

If an IP is blacklisted, you should be able to reach the management console.

It just won't let you log in.
