Global default Windows Client to Deskphone (CTI)

Hi,

I have the same problem as described in these two threads;

which I can resolve using the instructions given.

However, is there a way to set this by default for all extensions? I've got quite a few to do, and don't want to miss this when new extensions are set up either.

Hello @AndrewM

Please note that when creating an extension the default setting for an extension is set to softphone. This cannot be changed. You can however select multiple extensions from the extensions tab using the Ctrl or Shift button, click on edit, navigate to the phone provisioning tab and select the option for all extensions. Press ok and the change will apply for all
