Grandstream 2170 BLF Key issue

I have a hosted 3cx customer that has blf keys of all other phones.

When a call comes in it rings 10 phones. When someone answers the call some of the BLF keys still keep flashing as though they are still ringing.

Has anyone here seen this and have you found any way to resolve this?

Yes this is stun.

The phones are statically assigned and ports are forwarded.
I did wireshark traces on the system and on the Grandstream phones and asked Grandstream support and here was there response.

I was checking the capture.

And, specifically for x106 and x113, NOTIFY messages come with two combined states.

For the rest of extensions, that didn't happen.

However, before the server sent the NOTIFY messages with two states, it was sending NOTIFY with just one. For some reason, they started to send two in the same NOTIFY.

In the image attached, you can find an "early" state which will be "flashing red", and "terminated" state which will be "solid green", but the phone keeps displaying the "early" as it came first in the NOTIFY.

I'm not sure why this happens, but it's not from the phone. I would suggest you check with 3CX about it.

Please be advised that STUN is not a supported provisioning method in 3CX Hosted Installations.

Try setting up a 3CX SBC and see if you still experience the same issue: https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

Additionally, please note that the IP phones that you are using are 3rd party supported and in case of issues, you must contact the vendor for additional help.

We suggest switching to supported IP phones.

I will try the SBC route.

Currently the reception phone has pkm module and has BLF keys of all 15 phones onsite. If I switch to SBC

FYI these were supported phones when they were installed.
