Grandstream 4104

I am using a Grandstream 4014 gateway for POTS lines into the 3CX.
They have all registered no problem using identification and virtual extensions 10000, 10001, 10002 and 10003.
I have plugged 2 POTS lines into the gateway and the status reflects FXO lines connected on Line 1 and Line 2.
It works fine, the only problem is that when calls come in from both lines, they show as all coming in on 10000. Some should show coming in on 10000 and some on 10001, depending on the number dialed.
How do I correct this to show which incoming line is ringing? As I would like to use the digital receptionist to route calls from one line in one way and from the other line in another way.

Hi

My opinion would be to change the settings to the default in grandstream and
delete the lines from 3cx then follow the instructions from the link below and it should play like you want.
