Grandstream DP750 calls don't come in (mostly)

I have a Grandstream DP750 with 2 handsets, they always did work oke (calls did come in and also could make calls outside)
After the last update's from 3CX mostly the calls don't come in, when i call to the handsets i don't here a tone any more to the handsets,
the handsets don't react at all....

On the "Active calls" screen in the browser i can see the call is being going on, but on the caller site i hear nothing and also the receiver (handset) don't ring.

When i restart the base station it works one or two times oke, after that again the same problem.
I always can make calls with the handsets outside, they just don't receive....

I did reset the base station and did setup everything again, but same result.

In the setup from DP750 i see there is a right connection, everything is green and connected,
also in the 3CX setup everything looking green, so i have connection.

It did start after one of the updates from 3CX, nothing else did change....

Can someone help me to resolve this strange problem?

Thanks for your reply, i will give some more info....

i did make a test account in 3CX, same result.
other IP Phones don't have the problem, only the Grandstream DP750.

When i look in the "account status" GUI from DP750 (website) i also don't see a incoming call,
normal the phone icon must be flashing when a call is coming in... Local and extern....

My 3CX info:

• 3CX Version, Standard Annual 16.0.676
• Server OS, debian-amd64-netinst-3cx.iso from 3CX (Debian 4.9.130-2 2018-10-27)
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted by vultr.com server in Amsterdam
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware Grandstream DP150 / Firmware: 1.0.3.40 (latest)
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model Cheapconnect.nl
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES (run today 11-11-2019)
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Can you be more specific?

DP750 is not a 3CX supported Phone even if it was working may be you face now compatibility issues.
Not sure if something else than asking granstream support help can be done, or use supported DECT

Hi Bert,

As those models are not supported, we do not know why they stopped working following the updates.

What you can do is make sure it can register, and run a capture and see what the PBX sends to the base and what the base replies.
