Unsupported Grandstream GDS3702

Hi,

We currently have a GDS3710 video door bell which works perfectly and have not purchased a GDS3702 for the goods in door. I have connected this to the network and the unit shows in the 3CX management console but when I select it I only have the option to "Reject" the device and not assign it to the "User".

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Oh ok so it is actually a GDS3702. You said "have not purchased a GDS3702" above and was not sure what you meant

This model is not supported, this is precisely why you cannot assign it.

We only support the GDS3705 and GDS3710 and there are no plans to add the 3702 for the time being.

Ok, so why is this model not supported? Its just a basic intercom version of the GDS3710.

As only need the doorbell call function and not the RFID/Camera/PIN functions.

There isn't any specific reason, we interop various models from different manufacturers, and this just wasn't one of them at the time.

You could try contacting Grandstream to see if they can help you set it up with 3CX.

You could try contacting Grandstream to see if they can help you set it up with 3CX.

They probably have a template for it, or you can try copying the official GDS one, add a model line for the 3702 and see if it provisions correctly.
