Grandstream GDS3712 H264 Videostream not working on iOS App

Hello

I'm having trouble with Video of a Grandstream GDS3712. Since the Videostream is working fine on the Mac Desktop App I don't know where to start. On iOS it's just a blank white pane. As far as I'm concerned there's no more H264 mobile App licensing issue since September 2023. Is there a specific setting?

I'm having trouble with Video of a Grandstream GDS3712.

GDS3712 is not a supported model so we don't know if it will work. Maybe it might not work at all with iOS devices.

Start by changing the video settings in the doorphone, you might find a set of parameters that the iPhone likes. Here is just an example which works on GDS3710

- Account 1 --> set Stream 2
- Stream 2 --> set to Baseline profile

This is not guaranteed for all iPhones or all iOS devices, always remember that video is device dependent.
