Hi,

I recently purchased a Grandstream FXO 4108 gateway of ebay to use with my 3CX self hosted server, I can only seem to get outbound calls working at the moment. Anything inbound does not seem to work i followed the guide for the 4104 but still no luck any ideas?

Incoming calls are "basically" immediately forwarded, to the trunk number on the PBX. First check the 3CX Activity log (verbose) to see if 3CX is getting an Invite, on an incoming call. Be certain that the IP and port (3CX destination) is correct on the gateway. Also confirm that it is set as "one stage" dialing.

Thank you for the reply this is what the activity log says:

The last line says everything.

Is 1001 the 3CX trunk number you are using, normally they tend to be 5 digits in length,

So something more like 00001 etc ?

It must be the number, of the trunk, you created, for this gateway, in 3CX. Not a random number.
