Solved Grandstream GXP1610 Provisioning Issue

Hi

i am trying to provision Grandstream GXP1610 and i am unable to see the model in the provisioning option. Could someone assist me setting up the phone. But it is detecting the Management console >> Phones. But only option available is reject, rest everything is grey out. I am trying since morning and no luck. Updated the phone firmware from download from 3cx https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/ and it still same i cannot assign or add phones

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
