Hello,
few month ago I made the template for provisioning for my 1620
3cx server was updated at last night and now all IP phones call to themself from his numbers each 10-15 mins
Firmware is updated to 1.0.4.96 but auto provisioning is not working

What is mistake?
And what I need to do?

Hi nkhome.
It's good that you updated the phones to the supported version. Now you need to provision your phones using the 3CX provisioning template.
They are ringing because of CSTA requests sent from 3CX Phone System. Our template contains the parameter which is enabling the CSTA support on the Grandstream phones and they stop to ring and becomes fully compatible with the 3CX WebClient.
So, remove your custom template and provision your Grandstream phones using the 3CX default provisioning template.

Got it.
But how I can to cleanup all provisioning changes and to turn back to default provisioning templates?
