Hi All,
I am based in Australia and I can't get the caller ID to work in a Grandstream GXW-4104.
My current set-up:
Optus router provides the phone lines. I took the lines from the router and plugged them into the Grandstream GXW-4104 and register the Grandstream to the on-prem 3CX via Intel NUC.
Outbound calls are working fine. Also, Inbound calls are working after I changed the "Number of rings" from 4 to 2 in the Grandstream device (firmware version 1.4.1.5).
GXW-4104 Unconditional Call Forward is set up to match the Inbound rules in the 3CX but unfortunately, I can't get the caller ID to work.
Any thoughts?
Thank you!
