Grandstream GXW4104 VS Patton 4114 vs Audiocodes MP114/104

Do you have a preference to these FXO gateway devices? We have used patton 4114 and while solid, it is similarly priced to Audiocodes and far more expensive than Grandstream.

Anyone have experience with the others?

I have the Grandstream 4104 in operation and I programmed pretty much according to the guide and so far, after 5 mnths of operation, no issues.

Audiocodes will work but is not supported so you are spending as much if not more money on an unsupported unit.

Patton are very solid and probably the best solution but not as cost effective as the Grandstream

The Grandstream is the most cost effective for sure, if you can get the unit working properly you really can save some money but the chances of running into an issue are often higher with these units.

I'd go with the Grandstream as it is a much more cost effective solution in addition to it is a supported VoIP Gateway. I've only used once with no problems, I have deployed 3 Patton gateways with small hickups but Patton support is really on top of their game so the issues were solved pretty quickly. The only experiance I've had with Grandstream support was a disaster, and getting a response or to a live person is close to impossible.
