GrandStream GXW4501

I am not sure this is the right forum for this - I will start here!

Traditionally, we have always used Patton for PRI Gateways - with Patton Inventory the way it is, we are now testing with the GrandStream GXW4501 - obviously this is not supported, and there are no 3CX Templates. Has anyone been successful in using this device? Before recreating the wheel, wanted to see what others may already have.
