Hello

Just wanted to find out, if I use more then one of the grandstream HT488 / 503 into a system ( I have two outside lines) will say grandstream A FXO be able to be routed to grandstream B FXS?

I am trying to set this up in a small office of mine, with two outside lines and 5 internal, I am in IT and have experience with VoIP in general but not a VOIP PBX, please help..

Thanks in advance.

Hi CK,

Yes. Grandstream A's FXO can be able to route to grandstream B's FXS. It will be apply to both HT488 and HT503.

For HT503 can able to route its FXO to its FXS via 3CX box as well. However, HT488 cannot. HT503 supported incoming caller ID , HT488 cannot.

Hi, does that mean only the 503 can work with 3cx and not the 488? if so what should I be looking at when purchasing hardware so they work with 3cx.

Thanks

Both can work with 3CX.
The different as below:
HT503 support caller ID at FXO port. HT488 not support caller ID at FXO port.
