Grandstream HT Series, How do you create in V20?

Not seeing anything is regards to how to add a HT series FXS device to V20. The templates exist under Advanced | Templates | DECT templates | SUPPORTED (HT801, 802, 812, 814, 818)

I would have thought it would be under the Voice & Chat with all of the other connection types.

+Add DECT doesn't show them like V18 does.

V20 documentation only references the V18 method of adding.

Any help appreciated as we cannot test for forthcoming upgrades one day.

Hi FXS gateway and ATAs will be included in a next release, please note currently it is a beta version.

Our customers one broke after the update! Since there is no way to edit or re-set it up I'm attempting to roll back to v18 but running into roadblocks.

Does any one have the configuration file needed for ht801 to work with 3cx? I manually configured extension and it's registered in ht801 but fax drop connexion after attempting to connect before receiving the fax. I tried to connect directly to my trunk and the fax is working so it must be something misconfigured .

Same thing happened to us, client with System Admin permission upgraded their own server... We had to rebuild them on a new license key to get them back to v18.

New question about all of this. Does the Free Tier of 3CX support the GrandStream HT 801? I haven't been able to find any answers for this so far. The only thing I can find is someone saying that to get V20 Release 3, you need to start a new instance of the PRO/INT version. Any help in getting the GrandStream HT801 to work would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I am waiting for an answer for this question as well. I have an SBC running and am stuck trying to get the GrandStream HT 802 going..
