Hello Everyone
First of all thanks everyone for stopping and pitching in .i want to setup Grandstream HT802 as an ATA adapter for a analogue cordless phone. So since i can use STUN i m wondering if someone has done manually ? I know i can use SBC but i don't have one .Thanks in advance :)

Just want to add that, it's not that you can use the 3CX SBC to connect this device remotely, but that you must use the 3CX SBC if you want to maintain a 3CX Supported configuration. In any case, you are of course free to do as you wish but though I should mention it for others reading this thread too.

We used HT802 on a few projects, working fine but only used them on LAN/VPN scenario.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to register it. You may have to configure it manually, but there are only a handful of settings required for basic functionality. As far as STUN, those settings on the ATA are so when registering to 3CX the public IP is the one that 3CX is told to reply to, and not a private one. It may even work without STUN setup, you can confirm in the 3CX Activity Log.

Menu on the HT802 should be similar enough to the ones shown in this guide...
