Can anyone help me to configure my HT812

We would highly recommend to use the 3CX Academy if you are new to the system.

I will already answer many of the basic questions you may have, and teach you how to set up a system from scratch https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/

I have configured the Grandstream GXW-4104 and now i am able to get phone call to my extension but i am unable to dail out to any pstn number. How can i get the dailtone ? how to configure which number to dail before using pstn number

Any dialtone will come from the VoIP device you are using to place a call, you will not hear PSTN dialtone. Most VoIP sets and ATAs will not provide dialtone unless successfully registered to a server. When you dial an outside number,3CX will attempt to do a match to your outbound rules. You must create those in order for 3CX to know where (what trunk, and how to manipulate digits, if required), to route the call.

This will give you a general idea...

Yeah I would go with an outbound rule issue as well - a bit obvious but you also need a trunk setup on the PBX also.
