grandstream phone early dial

I have been using the early dial feature on my Asterisk PBX with our Grandstream phones. I am testing 3CX but all of my phones fail because they are set to early dial. How do I configure early dial on the 3CX PBX?

What is Early dial or should I say, does it make that much diffrence to pressing send or # or does it simply save you having to press send or #?
