Grandstream Phones Disconnecting

Hi All,

Trying to see if anyone else has had this problem. Running the most current 3CX install on AWS and Grandstream GXP2140s with most up to date firmware with default template. Phone will randomly disconnect. They will sometimes go an entire week fine and then one of the ten phones will disconnect and the phone has to be rebooted and then it works fine. It is not the same phone every time either.

Any suggestions of logs to look for or ways to troubleshoot this? It is only happening on this specific 3CX instance and not with any of my other customers.
