Greyed Out Live Chat

We have implemented the live chat on our website, however, you can't click on the icon to start a live chat and we are unsure of why. We have followed the implementation guide step by step and the icon appears but is grayed out.

Regarding your question, did you put the correct address for your website under the Live chat configuration within the Admin console?

Access your webpage and ensure that you copy whichever address is in the address bar, then copy this into your live chat configuration.

I am running into a similar issue. I move my website to Bluehost and now the 3CX Live Chat Icon is grayed out. 3CX settings are correct. Exact configuration was working fine on the previous hosting.
