Solved Group permissions in 3cx

Hello everyone,

I have two groups in 3cx. Group 1 for the following extensions 1000, 1001, 1002 and Group 2 for the extensions 2000, 2001, 2002. When I give a user with extension 1000 permission to access the 3CX management console to monitor and see the calls, recordings, and reports of the group he is part of, unfortunately, that user can see all calls, recordings, and reports from other groups even the groups he is not a member. Is this the expected result in 3CX? Is it possible in 3CX to configure such a way that the user can see only recordings and extensions from groups the user is part of?

That's normal. The management console is for admins and will show everything.

To have it like you want, you need to use the "Show groups recordings" in the rights and have them use the Webclient under Recordings. They will see their own and the group's. By disabling that, it would show only their own.

Just want to clarify that what @ConceptsWeb mentioned will work fine for recordings, but the same cannot be done for Call logs or Call Reports.
