Gxp1610 Firmware update - initializing

Hi, I have a grandstream gxp1610 that got stuck on startup with the error “Firmware update - initializing”, I tried several times to restart it but nothing … I realized that I should send a new firmware to the device and downloaded it online , but there is no way I can find the device connected via ethernet to the computer. Do you have any advice?

Yes, contact Grandstream directly in this case. They should be able to advise you how to recover it.
