Once received a miss call, after viewing the details there no record in the list, Cannot see who is the person who misses called. Many of the Users are facing this problem

Is the call in a ring group or queue - only the person who picks up the call will be able to see the call details.

For example when someone calls from A to B , but B is not answering the call, in the display, it will show that missed call notification, In my case when I select notification tab there is no information. It is blank.

what could be the problem? there are no missed calls log in the phone.

Are you pressing the Up Arrow to enter the missed calls menu?

or

Are you pressing the center button and entering Call History?

I am selecting the More option which in the display of the phone once I select that option then I can see missed calls tab.

Even I go to the menu and check the missed calls there no data/information.

Some types of calls do not leave a missed call entry (ie. when call is answered elsewhere, or when this is a queue call).

If you provision this with the default 3CX templates, and make a call from Extension 100 lets say to Extension 200, and hang up while it is still ringing, then it will generate a missed call on 200. You can then open your webclient for Ext 200 and see if there are missed calls there (which should also appear on the phone if it rang).

You can factory reset and reconfigure if you want to be sure you have the default settings, and it should show the same missed calls provided the phone has rang.
