I have a client which uses a PSTN based announcement system. We've setup a Grandstream HT801 to handle this with an extra extension in 3CX which works just fine. The employees dial the internal extension, make the announcement and then hang up. When they hang up, the PA system plays a busy signal for about 20-30 seconds after the hang up occurs. Is there a way to just cut off the call and bypass the busy signal all together?
I've seen some other posts about something similar but the responses were along the lines of the VoIP provider not getting the correct BYE signal but this is all internal. This does not go through the provider.
Thanks!
