Hangup to live time

After a call is finished and I want the next call to ring, it takes like 30 seconds or more to ring the phone. In Asterisk I can set this, but in 3cx I cannot. I want people to get the call as soon as they hang up. Any ideas that could help me with this issue?

No I am talking about the ext. Not the phone lines. We are using nexvotex so we don't have that issue. i would guess your issue is with the term signal.
